Brittani Boren Leach’s son Crew’s organs have been donated, three days after he passed away. The 29-year-old YouTuber announced on Monday that the hospital held an honor walk for her 3-month-old son, who died on Friday after being found unresponsive while napping on Christmas Day. “Our sweet Crew went to be with Jesus today. Michelle Williams is engaged — and expecting! The four-time Oscar nominee, 39, is engaged to the Tony Award-winning director of Hamilton , Thomas Kail , a source confirms to PEOPLE. A man in Texas gave his wife of 51 years the “ultimate present” this year: his own kidney. Peggy Nipper suffers from polycystic kidney disease (PKD), an inherited disease that leads to kidney failure. This fall, one of Peggy’s kidneys was down to only 14 percent functionality, and it was time for a transplant. While it is typically difficult to get on the transplant list, especially for patients over that age of 70, it turned out that Peggy, 74, didn’t have to look very far. Her husband, Mike Nipper, was a perfect match, and the couple underwent the transplant process in November at the Kidney Transplant Center at St. David’s North Austin Medical Center. “We didn’t even think there was a possibility for him to be a direct match,” Peggy, whose mother died from the disease and whose brother is also inflicted with PKD, said in an interview with CNN . Netflix churns out new original series so fast, we can barely keep up with them all, and we're not afraid to admit that not all of them are winners. (Sorry, Netflix. We love you, but surely you know this to be true.) So how are we supposed to know the great series from the ho-hum ones? Of course, there are the dozens of Netflix shows that people can't stop talking about , but there are also plenty that have flown under the radar in 2019, and we're here to make sure they get the viewership they deserve. From underrated series that returned this year to brand-new ones that just made their debut, here are the shows that haven't gotten all of the attention they deserve. A musical group called Postmodern Jukebox tackles that exact question in one of their latest covers, transforming Lizzo's famous track into a completely different hit you'd likely hear at one of Jay Gatsby's wild parties. Lead vocalist Mario Jose starts the cover slow and solely accompanied by a piano, but then the pace picks up a jazzy notch once musicians playing guitar, clarinet, trombone, bass, and drums chime in. Postmodern Jukebox have earned quite the dedicated following in recent years for giving modern-day songs - from Justin Timberlake's "Cry Me a River" to Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood" - an old-timey flair, and we'd wager to say the group's vintage take on Lizzo is some of their finest work. So many new Netflix original TV series debuted in 2019 that it would truly be impossible to watch them all (unless you never leave your house again, which we wouldn't recommend). Naturally, there are some standouts among the dozens of new series, so rather than working your way down the list, we're got some shows that you should really prioritize. From dark thrillers to kinky romps, a few new series have really pushed the envelope when it comes to originality, diversity, and incredible storytelling, and we can only hope to see a second season of them all.
