Miley Cyrus completely stole the spotlight when she stepped out on the red carpet at the MTV VMAs on Sunday night. The 27-year-old singer looked stunning as she wore a see-through strapless gown matched with her bleach-blond mullet and bright-red lipstick. It's sure to be a big night for Miley. Not only is she up for two awards, but she is set to perform her new single, "Midnight Sky," for the very first time.
