Harvey Weinstein gets one out of 11 sexual assault charges dismissed



A Los Angeles judge dismissed one charge out of 11 in Harvey Weinstein's sexual assault trial on Thursday. The count was dismissed after the judge agreed the incident occurred outside the statute of limitations.
